Flow yoga is our signature class. This is a great class for all levels of people to enjoy. Anyone and everyone is welcome to try out Flow yoga. It is a style of yoga that strengthens and stretches the entire body. There is a special emphasis on the power and importance of your breath. This class will aim to unite your breath and body. Flow yoga is accessible by all levels of student. It’s a great class to begin with!

Breathe and Flow combines a mindful vinyasa-based yoga sequence with breathwork and pranayama practices to leave students feeling refreshed and replenished. Through intentional movement and conscious breathing, students can expect Breathe and Flow to feel like a more grounding and restorative spin on our signature Flow classes.

This class is a heated slow flow in which you will experience a chill vibe in order to wind down before bedtime. Enjoy a slower vinyasa with added deep stretching. Plus you will get your flow in with the ambiance of candlelight at night. We will see you on your mat for zen candlelight soon!
